This device is designed to perform bending tests on reinforced concrete steel bars.

The test consists of bending the bar to 180° or bending the same to 90° and then straightening it by at least 20°.

This bending machine consists of a sturdy frame supporting a beam on which the constant load is a reciprocating cylinder, speed adjuster for the piston, directional control valve, complete with a hydraulic cell being activated. pressure valve, control gauge.

All components are cased to protect the dust and operator against possible hazards. A small bowl of steel rods is mounted below the bent beam.

Two opposing rollers are mounted on the beam. The distance can be easily adjusted to comply with standards for rods with diameters between 5 and 40 mm.

Detecting and changing mandrels on top of the push cylinder is easy and practical and gives the operator excellent interchangeability of the same. A device prevents unlocking the bar under test from the respective cylinders and the opposite spindle

Accepts machine rods up to 40 mm Ø. and are supplied with two sets of rollers, Ø mm respectively. 50th and 100th spindles, mandrel holders and brackets are not included in the standard supply and must be ordered separately.
